Turkey sauage and over hard egg on toasted sourdough bread. Under 300 calories. 10.5g fat, 23g carb, and 21g protein. Balanced and yummy.

Didn't lose very much this past week, but I did lose. Stress of starting a new job and screwing up my routine didn't help. With proper planning, I will be able to develop a new meal plan for this new schedule, even if means going back to setting eating timers. This is a awesome new job, I absolutely love it and it's a career move for me. Now, to keep plugging forward and maintaining good eating habits.
