Enjoying some quality time with my family during a little getaway before my #1 starts kindergarten this fall 🥰 probably won’t be losing any pounds this week but vacation is a special treat so I’m okay with taking it easy for a couple days.

Weigh in today at 128.4. I was hoping to be 128 by tomorrow, so I guess that’s pretty close. I’ve been weight lifting every day for 8 days straight so I’ll chalk that extra .4 to muscle gain 🤣 At least I know for sure the overall trajectory is going down!

Not too shabby. I was 138.8 when I started weighing and working out again on 2/3, which was about 8 weeks after having the baby. So I’ve officially lost 10 pounds since having her! I’m 7 months postpartum.

Just finished day 5 of my “10x10x10x10” workshop. 10 minutes of lower body, 10 minutes of upper body, 10 minutes of core (at minimum) every day for 10 days straight. It’s my way of “committing to consistency.” (This is in addition to my usual cardio which is typically 30 minute walk daily and 20-30 minute stationary bike ride 3x per week). Hoping to get back into a more regular weight training routine, and it helps to remove any thinking about it. When my baby goes down for a nap I just get it done.

My end of the day results. I’ve never seen my macros so evenly distributed. I had to take a picture because I know this will never happen again haha.

3 steps forward, 2 steps back, seems to be the name of the game. Weigh in today at 130.8. Last week was 129.0. Week before was 132.4. I assumed I didn’t really lose 3 lbs in 6 days last week. Hoping this week is just water weight. Had a deficit every day and exercised a ton this week. So not sure what’s up. But I’m just going to keep trying.
