Woke up this morning with a pretty bad stomach ache...all of yesterday I was not hungry at all which is a bit unusual as I normally get a little hungry in a day, but I forced myself to eat nonetheless. I really have to work on increasing calories even if I do not feel up to it.
So far I am already on my second cup of Yogi Super Antioxidant green tea...I am NOT a tea drinker, but I read that it can help with bloating/stomach pain so I figured that if it helps maybe I will be able to eat more food.
If anyone has any suggestions for good breakfast foods I would really appreciate it, I am getting a little tired of apples for breakfast all the time and can't wait for summer fruit!

According to my measurements this is what I weigh. I don't know if it is real weight or water weight...I feel as if I have been increasing, but I just don't know. My ultimate goal is to have a healthy calorie/nutrition range within a healthy weight for my body type. Just really hard mentally...

It didn't go up :(, but at least it has staid steady...really working on getting over the mental aspect of needing to be eating more.

I really must increase my calorie intake. So far it hovers right around 800 but for this next week my goal is 1200. Eventually I want to reverse diet until I reach about 1800-2000 calories...or more if become more active.

I do not really know my exact weight...I use an estimation formula based on measurements...
