Like I wrote in a previous journal entry...I have been adding a few items to my diet that I haven't been to exact on counting. A few almonds, almond slices, granola, a little extra yogurt, etc. but my measurement still hover around 57-58cm for abs and my thighs are still around 43-44cm. I am totally fine with that (maybe I should get a working scale, what does anyone else say), but I know that I should probably be eating about twice as much--calorie wise--as I am eating now so...

NO picture this time...but Trader Joe's Jalapeno Sausages are really good. They are pork free (made out of chicken) slightly sweet and not too spicy...they pair really well with the sweetness in the roasted sweet potatos!
Tip: Instead of using olive oil...which shouldn't be heated at high temperatures...try using avocado oil. It has a very mild flavor (not at all like avocados)a high heat point, and has healthy fats, it tastes so good on potato!

I really think that I have been getting closer to 1000 calories vs. what my fat secret says. Only because I have been eating a few nuts with breakfast, a little extra granola here and some extra cheese not really calculated...so I am pretty sure that it adds up, I would just rather be safe than sorry--at least while trying to gain a little weight.
Today, according to measurements (really debating on getting my scale batteries!) I weigh 43.5kg. Waist 56.5cm Thigh 44cm.
