I have totally messed up and gained 9 lbs. It was Easter and I gave in and ate everything I wanted instead of following my Atkins and now I've got to lose the 9 lbs. to even get back to where I was. I've only got 7 weeks till vacation and I am going to do everything I can to lose 5 lbs a week to get down before then. If I can do that I can get down to around 185.

Got off track for a day and stopped losing but back on track now. Walked 1.7 mile yesterday @ 2 mph for 30 min. That's like a major accomplishment for me. I wanted to get off that treadmill every min. but I kept pushing myself and telling myself "Bobbie you can do this because Jesus is helping you." The result was that He did help me. I was drenched with sweat, breathing like a racehorse, and exhausted, but boy it felt good to have accomplished such a feat. I'm going to try it again tomorrow too. Monday.

Ate nothing but proteins yesterday and was rewarded with a loss. Feel great too. This Atkins Lifestyle is working for me and I may never give it up.

OK! I'm doing this. I lost weight again. I feel great and I am sooooo encouraged. I will keep on keeping on. All praise and honor to my Lord God who is giving me strength and wisdom to do this!

I have been dieting already and began at 221 and now at 214. I begin this so I can check on myself with this info on this website.
