Well I haven't made too well on keeping my plan for progressive weight loss...but two pounds is good and I've started running again (8 miles/week for now, busy life with work and university!)

Fell off the band wagon a little last night with a slice of Delissio Rise n Crust Pizza with extra cheese and garlic dipping sauce. Kept within my calorie range though :) Going to a party tonight, any tips on how to avoid excessive snacking?

I cannot believe this is actually happening and at the rate. Just a few days of counting my calories (1900/day) and making sure those calories are filled with good things! Alhamdulillah

So happy that my diet is allowing me to lose weight :) Really makes a difference writing down everything you eat!

Thank you for all the wonderful support! This looks like a great community and the more I become involved, the more I look forward to figuring out how to comment/support other members. I know at 150lbs for 5'8 I'm pretty healthy but my diet sucks. It's true, what another member says, it's all excuses. I need to find time to pay attention to my portions and fat intake because it's ridiculous.
This online journal definitely helps though!
