What does everyone do when there is a bunch of food that your co-workers unknowingly are constantly pushing on you? Every Friday we have faculty bring in tons of junk and put it in the faculty room for everyone to share and eat. Today was egg and bean burritos, chips, Mexican layered dip, I mean all stuff that I LOVE! So I caved. It's the first time in over a week I have broken down and then gone overboard with how much I ate. I'm constantly battling with my will power to either not eat evil food, or try to limit myself. But I find if I cave and eat it I'm less likely to be able to keep myself from over-doing it. Basically I should just not eat the junk when I smell it, but it's so hard!!! So I have upped all my physical requirements for the day on my list and am really going to push myself to try to make up for it a little. I know I can't totally make up for it, but I can make up for some of it...
C25K is going to be rough. I'm glad I'm doing week 1 both this week and next week as my legs are SO TIRED today and I know I am really going to struggle to get through the workout. Luckily I have some music on my ipod that always makes me want to move, so hopefully that will really help me.
