Today I upped my cardio workout to 2 and a half hours and weight lifting for 45 minutes--take that obesity!!

Can't wait to get back to the gym tomorrow to undo the damage caused by these insane food cravings, choclate in particular. My husband says to just say "no'' to them. Ha, ha, easier said than done. Hopefully, these muscle cramps in my calves will be gone.

Got back from the gym :D I am trying to up my routine to get rid of the last 6 pounds. I did 35 minutes of weight training (4 sets of 10 reps of 15 pounds on biceps, 3 sets of 10 reps of 10 pounds on triceps, 2 sets of 4 reps of 20 pounds on biceps, 4 sets of 10 reps of 70 pounds on quads, 5 sets of 10 reps of 50 pounds on hamstring curl and 2 sets of 10 reps of 10 pounds on deltoids). Then I did 2 hours on the elliptical and 35 minutes on the recumbant bike. Whew, lol. This adds up to about 1,010 calories burned for today.

I'm curious to know how many calories a 126 pound person burns walking 6 miles or 1 hour and 52 minutes at 3.7-4.0 mph?
