weighed in this day and have gained weight back, doc believes it due to weight density from lifting wieghts and building muscle, i sure hope so...:(

wow been having all sorts of computer issues, been working on it for over a week now...what a bite inthe buttocks..lol but thinks i may have gotten geeky enough to get to where i need to go via sites and so , hopefully, I'm back...been trying to stick with it in my mind, as i've gotten purty good at what is and isnt allowed with my calorie intake...had to give up exercise till two days ago when I went to NeuroSurgeon and he put me on a miracle pill...and now..no pain.its an anti-inflammatory/pain med and has gotten nothing but good reviews in checking it out online..so am happies ...hopefully I have conquered the computer issues...if u dont see me..u'll know why dang puters..lol >.< ^_^ glad to be back...yay

again I prefer to stay round 1200 cals in a day def no more then 1500 but did manage to go over a little bit today as well..but not outta hand...in lotsa pain...and unable to workout this day..meds are not helping...:( common Tuesday Surgical appt....i never thought i would actually be looking forward to be cut open...OMG o.o

went a bit over 1500 cals this day as i have been sick and prettyn much havn t eaten much in several days....so...will workout with my new dvd boot camp..later after dinner..and do 100 crunches and some stretching as well...worried as to what is going to happen when I see the nuero surgeon this upcoming Tuesday as if I need surgery again, it will be yet another set back...>.<
