It's been awhile...I've been at college and haven't been doing well with my diet--I've been drinking too much I think, and had some slip ups (especially over the holidays) with eating. So...I've gained a little bit of weight, BUT... recently I've started trying to follow Extreme Fat Smash, and have been trying to exercise more. It's difficult when I have so much to do at school, but I realized, going on a 3 mile run takes only half an hour...so I should be able to run at least 5 days a week, and if I have more time, maybe some strength training. I am going to try and enter more journal entries and weigh in every week--we'll see how this goes. Wish me luck!

I'm back at college, and I can't really follow the prescribed EFS diet very well. However, I did learn healthy eating habits this summer that have carried over into how I eat at school. I find that I dont really crave the candy and cookies that are so prevalent on college campuses anymore...because they don't make me feel good.

i overate a couple nights ago, which is why i gained weight...I really wanted to break 115 before I headed back to college. Oh welll...

Wooops... I had a pretty bad slip last night...snacked at a friends house, then had PB + J sandwich, I just couldn't help it. Normally something like this would send me down a horrible spiral and I would all out binge, but I stopped myself, which I am happy about, but part of me still feels super guilty from straying from the diet. The thing to do now, I guess is just go back to the original diet plan and continue as if it didnt happen, and try not to beat myself up about it...

Wow! down another poundish---I haven't seen the 115 number for about two years. This diet is incredible! I go back to school towards the end of August, and I am a little bit worried about maintaing my weight loss because there is very little time for exercise, and the food is not healthy at all. I wish I could go grocery shopping but there are virtually no grocery stores in the area, and I don't even have a kitchen. I am hoping I can get down to 112ish by the time I go to school, and simply not gain any weight when I'm there, and then get those last two stubborn pounds off during my next break. The gym at school is always crowded and I have very little free time, so I am thinking of just trying to run 2ish miles per day--a modest goal that I know I can keep. I know its not as much exercise as I've been doing ehre, but it is easier to maintain your fitness level than increase it, so I plan on just jogging 4-5 times per week and then doing some strength training moves in my room with my weights.
