Well. Where to start... I'm a mother of two. Currently attending school. Recently engaged. Happy as can be...most of the time. I'm a bit of a goof and not very verbose...as you may have noticed.
As for my weight, I've always have yo-yo'd between 125-150. I can't seem to help myself when it comes to food! I've dieted so many times throughout my life and each time I tell myself that I won't gain it all back...until I hit my "what-the-hell-have-I-done-to-myself-again" stage. Then the cycle begins again.
So here I am again. This time around I'll try to:
-include some excersize (I absolutely HATE this portion)
-journal every week and reflect on the things that went well and how thing could have gone better.
-log my meals and snacks
-find recipes that are easy to prepare and that I'll actually enjoy
-be reasonable in my goals
-when I find myself stressed...step away from the candy!
