I am a wife and a mother of three handfuls that take up more of my time that I realize, but I wouldn't have it any other way. With that being said, I don't get a lot of time to my self. That being paired with keeping odd hours due to my job, my diet and sleeping patterns aren't exactly ideas for staying at one weight let alone trying to lose weight. But with the scale close to tipping 300 for me and even more for my husband, I have to do something to fix this. Not just for me, but for my family as well. All of my children could benefit from a healthier lifestyle. That is my quest. I have to, no I need to figure out how to incorporate a healthier lifestyle for my family. Wise me luck and give me advice.
