Hi, my name is Kristy and I started doing the Atkins diet on New Years day with my husband. We did it for a few weeks before our wedding last May and had great results. After a few weeks of really sticking to it and working out like crazy with absolutely no change at all, I converted over to the SBD. Now that the holidays are over and I have gained back most of the 15 lbs that I lost (and a few more), I am back on the bandwagon. My husband leaves in a few weeks to go back to the desert for three months and I am going to use that time to really focus on losing these 20lbs. I will be looking for some friendly advise/encouragement to help me out while he's gone!
