I just Turned 30 Yesterday and today I am starting my weight loss Journey. I have always been overweight but in the last few years Ive really let myself go. My spouse and I have decided to try to concieve our first child together this year and that is my primary motivation for beginning this weight loss journey, aside from needing to make lifestyle Changes for my future health as well.
