I am a 33 year old female who is married to a great and sexy man for 8 years. I have 3 kids 12,7,5. I am a RN at a local hospital I work in the ICU. I haven't always been heavy just since nursing school. Which was 4 years ago. I am going to Hawaii in June for 2 weeks, I would like to lose some of my weight before then. I also have a goal to run a 5k in the spring. ONE DAY AT A TIME!
