I'm 33 years old and need to start living my life for me & my family. I am married to the love of my life and I have 2 wonderful children.
A teenage daughter, and a 7 year old son (who has the energy of 20 toddlers) so my life can sometimes be emotionally & physically draining just dealing with my children.
I am a caring and humble person I always tend to put others before myself. I think now its time to focus on me. I not only want to lose weight but become a healthy person in general so I can pass on health habits to my family. My husband is a diabetic & I want to be able to set healthy examples for him.
I am hoping that this journey will not only help me lose weight but to make me a better mother, wife & person. ;)
