I am 33 years old and I have a 13 year old son. I am hoping to loose weight to get healthier. I have been with my husband for 12 years. I feel that I have a lot of great knowledge about dieting and have learned a lot over the years. I am having the most difficult time with the follow-thru so I am hoping this is gonna help.
