I am self employed (home on a computer all day). I have been a vegan for 3 years. Over the past few month my ankles were swelling and I was gaining weight. I recently went to the doctor and got a bad report. My cholesterol is high, my blood pressure is high, and I am borderline diabetic. Not good. So I decided to add sugar free to my food choices. I also have a very bad back, and I recently saw a movie that mentioned how wheat can induce pain. So I also am chosing to be wheat free.
