I agree with bulltrouble except... it depends...have you been following phase 2 completely but still gaining? how long have you been trying phase 2? Have you been re-introducing the new foods slowly? to see how it affects you and your weight? are you sticking to phase 2 reasonably well? take a look at my food journal and see how it compares to what you are doing? Im on phase 2 100%. You can go back to phase 1 if you need to. Its up to you, we just want you to be healthy girl! Whatever works for ya!
phase 1 is great because of the fast weight loss and you can go back to it to get back on track again, like after a cruise or vacation, etc. Its not a phase you should stay on for more than 3 weeks or go back to real often. the book says when you "go back" to go on it for ONE week only. Good luck
