tomorrow will be hard, i have two assignments in the morning and then i have to work at 3pm. I planned my menu for tomorrow is till need to add some more protein in the am i thinl, maybe some sausage. i will try to keep my atkins but it will be hard. i will wake up early and go walking before i have to be at the first assignment at 930 am.
