Diario de Katsolo, 31 mar. 18

It was awesome, even if a bit cold at 72. I swam for 15 minutes, then jogged for 10 because the current kicked my butt hard. As of today, if I fell off a boat a mile offshore, I would die. Good to know. Will work on that. All the fitness apps are useless in an endless pool so far. They capture vitals, but not distance. So I guess we go for time as a measure of progress because I am not spending extra money for awhile. This was the stretch. That said, I felt great last night once I was breathing normally again. Got into my stash of old swimsuits, we are good for awhile unless they're on sale at Costco.

Pulling nettles and trimming trees today. Swim after. Maybe walk these silly puppies some tonight.
