Diario de MamaofDeuce, 08 abr. 10

I have been out of commission. I've been so busy. I work full time and go to school full time, and I'm a full time mom and every other hat you could think of in that ring, I wear it. But, I have been walking with my son, I put him in the stroller and I've been googling trying to find ways to drop these unwanted pounds and get the tummy I so desperately want. This is a challenge for me, and I WILL PASS IT! I put my starting weight at 180 but really I was 184. I was 184 now I am 172.6. I am ecstatic. I am going home to do Tae-Bo or something. I want to do 30 to 60 minutes of cardiovascular or aerobic exercise then crunches. I bought weights for my ankles to wear as I work because I climb the steps a lot. Thanks fatsecret.com I am truly motivated.
