Diario de Katsolo, 22 mar. 18

This is more a note for myself than to others today. Last night, I went to make dinner and there wasn't enough chicken for a full serving. Barely three ounces. Of course, it's also a long work day and I didn't even look until 7:00, about two hours later than normal for dinner. So I ate the chicken, and then I ate two eggs on top of it with some salsa and a sprinkle of cheese. Then it was even later, so I ran to the store and got chicken and cooked it for today, thanks to instant pot, but at that point I was totally off track, didn't walk the dogs, didn't eat what felt like a "full" meal and was generally out of whack all night. Coincidentally, I was "up" 1/2 pound this morning. Am I freaked? No. Do I wish I'd taken that walk? Yes. We're supposed to have another "storm of the century" tonight, so unlikely we're going to walk and so now that's two days. This is how it happens. Must be mindful, must take care of myself, must not let disruption become the pattern.
