Been a tough week, my exercise bike broke :-( gotta get a new one, fixed this one too many times, think it is done for good. Did pretty well on the diet, but, spent the night with Josh and Lindsey on Tues, then went to the Mariner game on Wed. Had a great time, had a couple drinks and beer, only had half sandwiches, popcorn, did pretty good really, just didn't feel like it... We'll see tomorrow, weigh in...
