Diario de aakarras, 27 abr. 12

I am so tired of feeling like a failure. I'm so tired of saying Monday, this Monday I start my diet and exercise. I don't want a diet, I want a lifestyle change, a healthy eating habit. These yoyo games get old after a while.

My friends came to visit for the weekend from El Salvador and last night came over the house. I had done so well all day just to ruin it all by eating chips and chocolate. The lack of self control is extremely upsetting. I regret every bite I took last night and wish I could take it back.

I'm disappointed in my self. But today is a new day and I choose to make the best of it. No point in holding on to the past. It's time to make these dreams a reality.
