Bumped my exercise back up to pre-Easter poisoning levels. It feels really good and my energy and concentration is back to where it used to be. I got my blood work back from the doctor and my liver is showing that I had either some form of chemical poisoning or hepatitis A. My liver function came back at 125 (the healthy range is 4-52). Seriously! The doctor ran some more blood tests. I hope it wasn't HepA. I'm really glad that I listened to my body and knew that something was seriously wrong. But where on earth did I get the exposure to chemicals or HepA? The family ate everything that I did and nobody else had the same reaction that I did.
Oh well, moving on...
Had a great hot yoga class this morning. I needed it after the last two classes. On Monday, Daniel tried to kill us and then on Tuesday, the instructor had the room up to 119-degrees. Horrible! And yesterday I went swimming for the first time in a month. It felt really good. I only did 30 laps because I piddle farted and didn't get to the gym in time to do 45. My pace is pretty consistent with 10 laps every 10 minutes.
On the eating front, I found that as I've bumped up my exercise, my hunger has increased also. Trying to drink more water. Last night, I ate some popcorn with coconut oil, cinnamon, and sugar. Real cane sugar. Tried to do Stevia, but I couldn't find it. So that was my "sugar" fix for the month. No more sugar until after May 25th. I've decided that I can have something with real sugar once a month -- as a treat for good behavior.
My eating is going well. Y
