Okay I've been on my challenges for the last three days. I've been exercising and eating better too. I did have a couple of chips today but they were kettle cooked. I think I am doing well. I don't have a scale so I can't weigh myself. The big test will be on Saturday. It's my friend's birthday and she's having fish fry. I know she'll be hurt if I don't come because of the challenge, but I love fish especially fried fish, and I don't know if I can resist. It'd be okay if I have one little piece, right?

hmmmmmmmmmm. Depends on how bad you want to lose! I did that a few weeks ago and I had cheesecake one weekend and ate at a buffet and gained 2 pounds! Then I worke hard all week to get that 2 pounds off only to eat cake at a wedding shower the next weekend and gained 1 of them back AGAIN. So I told my self no more cheating until I am at my goal. So sure one piece of fried greasy fish is ok, but you have to realize it could undo anything you have worked for and make you gain. Just food for thought. Decision is yours ultimately, how bad do you want it? I would suggest though that you eat BEFORE you go so that you are not starving and one piece of fish turns into a plate. Also what goes with fish? Fried hushpuppies and french fries. My best to you and let us know how you do. I am always interested to see how we deal with gatherings. THEY ARE TOUGH!
