I drink Atkins Shakes every day regardless of the Atkins phase I am in. They only have 1 to 2 grams of carbohydrate and no sugar alcohols, so they really have minimal impact on your total carb count. They have lots of protein and vitamins. I'd keep drinking them if they fit in with your schedule better than a meal, but I do agree with the previous comment, go ahead and eat 3 low carb meals if possible, even if one of them is just an egg and cheese omlet along with that shake.
