I have struggled with following SB as closely as I have in the past. Currently, I'm having a bad reaction from a dental visit and it is difficult to eat so that might account for the drop back to 155. Before the dental visit, I was eating two meals a day at the most. Now, for the past three days it has just been one meal and maybe a snack. I don't have the appetite for more which I guess is good in a way.
