Pretty good week. Yesterday was not great. went to a funeral. had a really late dinner out, a few drinks. overall I am happy with how closely I stuck. could have been worse.
The rest of the week went pretty well. I'll take 1/2 a pound loss. Getting ready to go on vacation to phoenix. Hoping to keep losing. before that. I have to really think about my goals for vacation. I would be really happy to maintain. If I gain a few pounds. That at a half a pound a week, that's 6 weeks of hard work down the drain. Realistically I can stick pretty good to the food diet, it's the drinks that will get me. :-) I will make a more solid plan, and goals soon. I am for sure going to keep tracking no matter what!
