I'm REALLY struggling here. I got so excited about getting close to my goal weight that I started eating less to get their faster and then sabotaged myself. ARGH! Well, that's not going to work at all!

So, now I'm back to a more sensible me. I'm going to increase my calories to 1600-1700 a day. I MUST eat 1600, but can't go over 1700. With all of the exercising I've been doing eating only 1300-1400 cals a day was just WAY too little. On Monday I went home from work early because I was SO freezing cold that I thought I had a fever. I was so tense from being cold that I gave myself a headache. Eating buttered rice made me feel so much better. I think I was a little starved there. That's never happened to me before. I've got Reynaud's Phenomenon, so when my body gets stressed I can have really bad cold symptoms. This is the first time that it happened over eating too little.

Slow and steady wins the race in weight loss. I'm not a sprinter, I'm a marathoner. And I'm not going to eff up almost a year's worth of work because I've gotten overzealous.
