Fighting the urge of being hungry all day. Gotta get back on track- finally have the mindset that its upsetting to see all of my hard work go down the drain...or worse yet, back on my body. Did have one cool thing- checked my blood sugar this morning after a banana, working outs and meds...maybe another snack too and it was 75. I didnt have the shakes either. Guess thats what happens when you get metformin back in your system and follow at least quasi diet. Curves still going strong.

I have those "hungry days" sometimes too. Do you eat protein with your banana - those are a high GI fruit. Now I've got to go Google metformin.

Yes Buffy- I usually will eat some peanut butter with it. I only eat a banana because it helps with my workout (helps to not get sick from over-exertion) Metformin is a diabetes med to help control blood sugar. Speaking of which, I feel really sweaty so I'm gonna go check my sugar....
