Fighting the urge of being hungry all day. Gotta get back on track- finally have the mindset that its upsetting to see all of my hard work go down the drain...or worse yet, back on my body. Did have one cool thing- checked my blood sugar this morning after a banana, working outs and meds...maybe another snack too and it was 75. I didnt have the shakes either. Guess thats what happens when you get metformin back in your system and follow at least quasi diet. Curves still going strong.
