Ok, Superbowl Sunday tomorrow, preparing to do good on my diet, if not perfect. My friend Kathy will be there too who is also dieting, and actually I think it will go pretty well. I will take healthy options for food, usually the tricky part can be the drinks. I will just be aware maybe a couple of glasses of wine instead of drinks, they tend to go down slower. I am taking soda water and juice to mix too.
