wow, feel better today. Chose to eat a lower sodium breakfast, since I have so much water weight not to mention tenderness. Plan to drink lots of water to help flush my system out. The difference is wonderful. Our diet was really high in sodium with our food choices. So now just need to monitor that better. Looking forward to the loss of these water pounds, :)
