Diario de squery, 20 ene. 12

I've been bad all week and haven't had ANY concentrated exercise. Soccer got canceled all week because of Snowmageddon 2012 and I've been convincing myself that the snow is a good reason not to go to the gym either. BUT! I will go today! I brought my stuff... There's no excuse not to. I have to remind myself that once I break into the 150s, I will no longer be "overweight" by BMI standards and while we all know BMI is a terrible measure of overall health, it would still mean a lot for me to get there.

I am with you. I don't know why but I fell off the bandwagon from New Years and on. I am glad that logging into FS reminds me that I have to get back on it and get to my goal. I need something to help keep me accountable. Have a great workout today.

I'm in the same boat; however, I'm trapped on the steepest hill. We can't get down. So jealous that you can get to the gym. I can't wait until all this snow is GONE!
