Kicked butt at Zumba this morning- 614 calories burned! I keep on improving which is a good thing. :-) Scale is starting to move down as well. Woooohoooo! I know the fat is coming off because I've compared my measurments with those taken two weeks ago and I've gone down! If I measure first thing in the morning before I bloat, I've lost almost 3 inches off my abdomen in 2 weeks- I think that's pretty good. My waist is down about an inch. Arms are where I feel my workout the most everyday, but the fat is not coming off there. LOL- of course not, right? It is good though because I feel it most along the back of my arms which is a tough spot to feel the burn sometimes. Really trying to work on my self-talk- really trying to let everything sink in as to how awesome of a job I'm doing (IMO). Trying to really balance life right now. My daughter has been sick- seems much better today, but the color in her face is not there yet and her eyes don't look the same. Kinda has me worried as a first time mom, but I will just keep an eye on her and everything should be good. Have a good day everyone!
