I'm disappointed in myself because I haven't lost any weight in the past 9 days. It's nice to be able to wear clothes that didn't fit a few months ago, but I'd like to see more progress. To be honest, I haven't been exercising as consistently as I should and I sneak cookies.

Hi Elissa! First off, congratulations on your weight loss! You are doing amazing! Don't get down about your current situation, just take a step back, analyze and make the necessary adjustments. I try to keep one day a week for "treats" (mind you I don't go crazy). This way I can put off eating a cookie or candy bar during the week without feeling punished by just reminding myself I can have it on Sunday. This really seems to help me and I hope that it helps you too!
