I'm still struggling with whether I want to set my goal weight at 155 or 150. I haven't officially set my goal weight with my WW leader because I've been waiting to hit the 50 pound milestone. Once I hit my 50 pound goal, I'll either have 8.6 pounds to lose or 3.6 pounds to lose to hit the goal.
My original goal was to get to 174, which is my weight at a healthy BMI. Well, that went quickly and easily and so I thought to make my goal weight 155, which would put me in a size 8 (I guestimated). My size 10s are pretty loose on me now, so I'm probably already there. But I feel like 150 is totally obtainable that I should go for it. My BMI would then be 21.5-ish.
Now, if I set my goal at 150, I know I'll lose a few more pounds to make sure I stay under my goal weight so that I can have some leeway in maintaining my Lifetime. I'm not sure I want the pressure of staying in the 140's. If I set my goal weight at 155, I will still lose a few more pounds, so maybe that's what I'm going to run with. Just to be safe and healthy. I can always lose more weight later if I change my mind to lose a few more pounds.
