Ugh. I really need to get the lead out and get going. I sometimes think my eating is hormonally driven. Sometimes I can do so good then the next week or a few days later I can't seem to stop eating. What the heck. I really need to be consistent!

1631 kcal Grasa: 58,45g | Prot: 65,43g | Carbh: 233,45g.   Desayuno: Great Value peaches fruit cup, Quick Oatmeal (1 or 3 Minutes). Almuerzo: Activa Light Fat Free Strawberry Yogurt, banana, Western sweet and spicy french, Dole Very Veggie, Campbell's Chunky Healthy Request Chicken Noodle. Cena: McDonalds small french fry, McDonalds cheeseburger. Pasa Bocas / Otros: salsa, tortilla chips, kraft singles, deli ham. más...

hi i know what u mean im really having to change my eating habits and i hate water miss my lattes just three days in and i already feel so hungry but i aslo take meds that make me hungry o.0 so thats blahhhhh :( also hava very awkward routine after being in an accident and midly disabled and donnot get much excercise..but we all just do what we can... stick by it best we can and take it from there..hang in there!!!!! ull be fine...hope i can take my own advice too ^_^ hahahahaha hugs xxx darlene from baltimore ^_^

intead of taking my weight every day especially since im premenstral at the moment >.< lol i may just wait till next week..i would imagine that would have an affect on our progress as well o.0 *sighs* dontcha think??? ugh!!
