So- I went down, but only by .4 pounds! I know, at least it's not a gain! I'm kinda sad as before the weight was coming off really well, like more than a pound a day. When I went to bed, I was really hungry-felt kinda sick and stomach was on the verge of growling so I got up and ate, GET this- cauliflower and carrots. I was very proud I made a healthy choice, but I guess it didn't help any because my weight loss was very minimal today. Oh well, my fat content was abnormally high yesterday, so maybe that had something to do with it. Once my protein supplements arrive that I ordered, I shouldn't be in these predicaments anymore.
101,3 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 2,1 kg.    Aún para ir: 33,3 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
