Still in Phase One of the SBD; so far, so good. To my surprise, I'm not as hungry as I thought I'd be! I'm drinking more water, and also chewing sugar-free gum when a craving comes up. It helps! I've got both the SBD book & SBD cookbook; it really helps that there are such wonderful recipes available!
Still getting over my cold / sinus stuff - sore throat just hanging on. I'm out in the environs near the nation's capital - it's been unusually cold here - in the '20s most days. It's supposed to warm up on Friday to a balmy 50 degrees! Whew! Break out the suntan lotion!
