What a great day to end a year! I couldn't go to hot yoga this morning because I had a hair appointment. So, I decided to run to my hair appointment down town. I didn't know how far away it was because I'd never done it before. I set my running app on my phone to track my progress -- it was 6.44 miles. And I ran most of the way. It was a little icy out this morning, so I didn't run through the ice.

Then after my hair appointment, I had to get home. That meant I had to walk (wasn't even trying running) all the way home. Did a total of 12.88 miles today. That's almost a 1/2 marathon.

And my hair looks so gorgeous! :-) Happy New Years to all!
