Had my best run today so far. I did my 4 miles in 44:50!!! Woo-freakin'-hoo!!!

Last night I took a hot yoga class and the instructor asked if anyone had any requests for body parts. I said, IT BAND.We did lots of IT band stetching and this morning. I had absolutely no pain in my hip while running. Not only that, I learned a bunch of IT band stretches to do after running. Chan is the best hot yoga teacher. I just wish the studio was more consistent in their scheduling of instructors.

I've also decided that I've got to up the number of points I'm eating. 27 points and I'm losing weight WAY too fast. Slow and steady wins the weight loss race -- and it's not a race, it's a journey.
