Tried Paleo and did well but put all the weight back on that I lost. Also not a firm believer in "giving food up". I believe you should be able to eat everything in moderation. SO...going to start calorie counting! Just be accountable for everything I put in my body. Striving for 1500 calories a day. I just want to be well on to my goal weight by June 1!!
