I've been stalled at 115 lbs for a few months now, at first I was ok with it but now it's uncomfortable. I should really be smaller, I like being tiny and another 3 pounds will definitely get me there. I need an action plan, I think daily exercise should become a focus of mine, either walking a generous amount or doing a HIIT workout and I need to track my water intake to keep my retention down. Outside of that, I'm going to nix snacking and just focus on eating slightly smaller meals. I should be able to get these last few pounds to slide off no problem if I apply myself.
