So there seems to be a learning curve going on here. I experienced gain when I stopped journaling my foods. With the journaling I was able to review and take notes on where differences in my next set of goals would be headed. This is intended to be positive supportive posting as learning this way of eating seems to go against so many of the ways of dieting or healthy style eating I had learned in the past.
