What is your workout routine Nancy Ya? I’m trying to get back at it. I have an alternate, Chest, arms, back day and a legs day. AB’s and stretching every day. How about you? Mike

Hey, Mike! I haven't had a normal bodybuilding routine for quite a while. Now I am getting ready for my first powerlifting meet which is in a few weeks. I train 5 days a week. Benchpress every workout (2 of them heavy), deadlift 3 times (1 heavy), 1 heavy squat a week plus 3 times a week I have some squat variations. Plus accessory every workout and some glute-targeted training twice a week (1 light, 1 heavy). So pretty much every day is both a leg day and a chest day for me :) I stretch a little in the morning and try to have 2 hours proper stretching a week.

Nice job. Good luck with the powerlifting competition. I might try to push a little more based on what you’re doing. I mostly want to get stronger and get in better shape and not competition strong. I’ll cheer you on!
