Your dog curled up on the couch looks like a little fox! 🦊 

My dog also likes to sleep with her nose in her tail 🙃 

I think they get fed up with me not going to bed on schedule.  

Aah, they all look so sweet! Hope you can catch up on your sleep and cuddles over the weekend. x 

And when I say cuddles I just mean general proximity of bodies. I've never had a German Shepherd myself so wonder if they like to be close? I was lucky to have a little dog that liked having her head on the inside of my shoulder basically so she'd be circled by my arm. But my bigger dog just liked having his body along my legs - sometimes I couldn't turn over for him solidly anchoring the duvet, but I still loved it! x

Truth bomb from Dr.S for sure. 👍 I like wine, but had to break up with it because it was impacting my sleep…and I like good sleep more than good wine! 

I’ve only had three double shots of espresso this morning! And don’t worry, this is only temporary. I’m still not really drinking much, which may be one of the only smart things i do. Tomorrow morning, I’m volunteering, and I have to be there at 0600!!! 😳 

So true! It affects weightloss too. I took my Aunt's dogs home Wednesday. It's so quiet here without them. I think I might be missing them. Hope you get some good sleep this weekend. Happy Friday! 

Sydney has a new night time ritual lately ... around 3 am she decides to go " digging" on her doggie bed. Her bed is right next to me and it wakes me up. I sleep horribly anyway and now I can't seem to go back to sleep...ugh ...But on other hand, Im spoiling her now so she is Queen of our home...Ill take this precious time with her!🩷

Nikina, GSDs are also known as Velcro dogs if that gives you any idea of their desire to be close to their humans. BF and I have had to negotiate space on the couch for movie night due to the big one preferring to sit on top of us.  

Aah, I love that, Kat! We got a larger bed at one point to accommodate our boy, Max, sleeping between us. Good times! 🐕💕 

Sadly, I spent a few years of my life on the wine and coffee plan. Still drink the coffee, but so glad I gave up the wine. 

Orrrrr if you’re eating too many chemicals. I suggest a detox of green juice and coffee enemas. I love you doggy bagels 🤗 

All that any of us eat are chemicals, unless you’re existing on light or energy. The dose makes the poison. Can you tell I was at the Festival of Science and Engineering this morning?
