Finally able to get more of my water in. This next week really need to re-focus and start recording my food again. I have fallen off track with that. At times before I felt over-the-top with the recording, but I admit, I was also more careful; less willy-nilly about what goes in my mouth.

Starting some new challenges to step up my exercise. My walking has hit a plateau. I think the pounding on my joints is also taking a toll. Maybe I need to go to the Y and get in the pool-try some swimming for a change. Have to go early before the little munchkins get there for classes!

Yes, swimming is wonderful, especially if you have joint pain or a bad back. Less pressure on all things when under water. Also nice workout, plus in the water you can't tell you might be sweating!

Hey, hey, hey...look who seems to be firmly back in onederland! Way to go... I am excited to watch you venture into even better "onesies"...I'm on your trail and hope that in the next month I will be doing the onesie dance with you. ;)

The pool is definitely easier on your joints.
