Diario de neonlikelove, 23 abr. 07

I believe that some day, I will get below 150. I have not seen it, but somehow I will get there.

You'd think the weight would come off a little fast yet. But it hasn't.

My boyfriends been doing a lot of half-way eating. (Soft tacos with whole wheat wrap at taco time, waffles, a cookie, cornbread, sourdough bread) and he's still losing weight. What I wouldn't do to have that luxury.

I'm going out for my friends birthday tonight, they have a dark chocolate fondue with fruit. I think I'm going to have that, hopefully it won't blow my whole diet that I've worked so hard on this week.

Breakfast: 3 eggs, 3 small peices of ham tbs of sugar free syrup
Lunch: wedge of laughin cow cheese, cup of brocolli with artichoke dip and a handful of almonds
Dinner: filet mignon with shitake mushrooms and grilled onions

Doesn't it stink how easy it is for men? I guess it's got something to do with the type of fat they develop vs. what we collect, but still... enjoy your birthday party and savor that chocolate! If you've been good otherwise, a treat shouldn't hurt. Besides, what's life without being able to enjoy a few goodies with friends?

My husband is doing the same thing....and the weight is just falling off of him....ARG....I agree the mamax4. A little splurge shouldn't hurt. I have trouble staying at 150...I go up 2 pounds then back down to 150...whats up with that? Any how have a great party and enjoy yourself.
